As our Account Manager for the MG and SsangYong brands, you will be responsible for managing the relationships in addition to developing new business with a volume of car dealerships within the region. You will support their profitability and match their needs with our retail automotive products and services.
The role will entail assessing and monitoring sales strategies & performance by reviewing the sales of vehicles, finance and insurance products and providing suitable recommendations for improvements with action plans for future growth. You will also identify the potential for commercial growth, working with retailers to understand their wholesale and retail funding requirements.
You will be allocated challenging KPIs and will deliver exceptional results by building effective relationships with customers and our manufacturer alike, raising awareness of new products and services and maximising customer satisfaction and retention.
Please note that this is a field based role which covers the north of the United Kingdom from Leicester to Edinburgh; therefore travel within the region will be expected on a daily basis with some overnight stays required.
You will be a natural relationship builder with strategic sales skills and the ability to present well to a number of different customers. With a natural drive to succeed, you’ll be able to demonstrate a natural passion for sales and relationship management. Ideally you will have an understanding of the industry with a passion for our products.
Strong analysis and evaluative skills is important for this role as you will be able to translate data into action plans in order to improve performance.
Flexibility to travel daily is required for this role.
