    We are looking for experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our sales teams. In this role you will assess the business training needs and liaise with external trainers, with the OEM and with OF Marketing to ensure sales staff of Opel’s network and sales team of OF are equipped with the sales knowledge necessary to provide excellent support to Opel and Opel Finance customers. You will help to increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.


    The role will involve: 

    • Assess training needs and design training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service and effective sales techniques aimed at enabling sales staff to maximize sales potential.
    • Build a sales methodology program for sales staff together with the OEM and OVF HQ with the objectives to increase the number and the quality of sales of vehicles, financing products, insurances and services. 
    • Apply appropriate training methodologies to deliver the most effective learning experience.
    • Deliver training on sales processes and procedures and produce physical and digital educational materials
    • Work with interdisciplinary teams to conduct gap analysis to assess training needs 
    • Identify and development training plans for retailer staff, through the use of a training and learning needs analysis
    • Evaluate and report the effectiveness of training programs and make ongoing improvements as required
    • Create a comprehensive set of curricula and programs for all key functional areas and roles and maintain updated records of training materials

    This role is based in Warsaw.


    What we're looking for

    • Extensive experience as a Sales Trainer; previous experience of working in a sales position is a plus

    • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate to individuals and groups effortlessly, including consultative, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills 

    • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities, web-based learning and evaluation

    • Experience and exposure to ADDIE, ISD, Adult Learning Principles, Learning Styles such as: Training Needs Assessment, Design/Development, Evaluation and measurement, Customer Experience, and Service Excellence initiatives

    • Degree in a relevant discipline such as Education, Human Resources or equivalent

    • Experience of e-learning platforms and various learning methodologies

    • Experience with loan and leasing financial products is advantage

    • Strong organisational skills 

    • Fluent English and Polish
