We want to create the best customer experience possible. That's why we invest in our F&I Training team to provide our dealership network with knowledge and expertise to better serve our customers.
In this role you will provide and deliver a significant amount of training in various forms and methods to ensure their understanding of our products and services. This will include onsite training, academy sessions; to online training such as webex etc. Working closely with our UK sales team, you will improve our F&I performance by identifying and addressing training needs by creating training plans and conducting training needs analysis.
As a field based role you may be required to visit sites all across the UK, however this role will mainly focus on the Southern England and Luton areas.
With an established knowledge of finance and insurance products you will be able to provide range of highly effective training methods to our Vauxhall retailers. You will have a good understanding of the training cycle including evaluation and experience of delivering training by using various methods and techniques including academy training, assessments and e-learning.
Ideally you will have a good knowledge of our finance and insurance products and an understanding of products available on the market. You will be able to effectively identify training requirements and have the confidence to suggest new ideas to help improve performance. Exceptional presentation and rapport building skills are a must.
Please note that flexibility to travel on a regular basis is required in this role.
